Experience

Erno T. Tornikoski is the Dean of the Faculty at the Saint-Etienne School of Management since September 2009. Before joining SESOM, he was an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship at EMLYON Business School (2007-8/2009), Principle Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (2003-2006), and Research Fellow at ESSEC New Business Center (2002). He was one of the founders of the entrepreneurship research team in Seinäjoki, and the Center for Research in New Venture Creation and Growth at EMLYON Business School.

Research and Publication

Erno T. Tornikoski’s most recent research work focuses on the development of entrepreneurial intentions among general population, new venture creation, and new venture growth. He has been the member of Academy of Management and its Entrepreneurship Division since 2000. He has presented research papers in Academy of Management Conference, Babson Conference, EURAM, ICSB, EGOS, RENT, and IECER.
