The performance and success of ESC Saint-Etienne is tightly related to the individual competencies of our faculty members and to the collective output resulting from the competencies. The mission of the faculty is to create new knowledge and to transform this knowledge into pedagogical innovations and learnable insights for pedagogical programs. The métier of a professor requires polyvalence in carrying out tasks related to pedagogy, research, and practice. As a consequence of this complex métier, faculty members have to have the highest level of qualifications.
