DESS (Master Degree) in social management of organizations, DEA (MPhil) in International Management, Doctor of Management Sciences, Doctor of Law Sciences speciality : policies, Law degree holder (capa), former expert degree holder (national and international industry section) at the International Organization of Experts (Geneva)

Experience

After having created and managed a business of technical assistance between France and the Maghreb during four years, he has advised numerous banks and international companies in the assessment of immovable and movable assets (Banques Populaires, Societé Generale, Pfizer, Balhsen Coca Cola, Philips ...). He was also, for many years, the Managing Director (CEO) of an investment fund (fcpr).

He has published numerous articles in national magazines (Banking and strategy, risk and international management (hec), as well as international organizations (UNCTAD, UNESCO) and collaborated in several occasions with national newspapers like The economic world, Les Echos and La Tribune .

Author of over a hundred conferences, he was involved with various agencies such as Coface expert, CCIP or CFCIA.

Specialist of strategic risk, he was a reporter to the Committee risk of the international Conference on Trade (UNCTAD, Lyon 1998), he published a book in 2003 for use by graduate students and professionals entitled ‘Country Risk and Enterprise Strategies’, a book with a foreword by Bernard Marois, President of the club ‘international finance’ and professor at Hec.

He is currently in a research process (HDR) at ESC Saint Etienne about entrepreneurship at the international scale.
