DEGEORGE Jean-Michel
Education
Jean-Michel DEGEORGE has a doctorate in Management Science and is a also a member of the “Centre des Entrepreneurs” research team at EM-Lyon.Experience
Jean-Michel DEGEORGE was born in 1970 and lives close to Saint Etienne.He is currently a professor at the Saint Etienne Business School. He has many years of experience as a manager in an industrial supply firm.
Professor Degeorge teaches marketing, strategy and entrepreneurship.
His research focuses on two main topics : the entrepreneurial process and particularly the trigger of this process. In his doctoral dissertation, he examined the practices of a sample of French engineers. He is interested as well in entrepreneurial training and particularly in the evaluation of this kind of courses. He has several publications on these two main topics.
