Experience

After teaching for several years in various Graduate Schools and Universities in the Rhone-Alpes region (Université Lyon 3, E.M. Lyon, E.S.C. and C.N.A.M. Saint-Etienne…) and being a research and teaching assistant at University Lyon 3 (IAE de Lyon), Stéphanie Carpentier is today a Professor of Human Resource Management at the Saint-Etienne School of Management (SESOM).

She also teaches Social Science for Management, Team Management, Project Management and Sociology of Organizations at the SESOM, in executive education programs as well as in the auditing-finance program (DCG).

Furthermore, she is a consultant in Organization and Human Resource Management in several French small and medium sized companies.

Her research interests concern mainly the practices of work regulation linked with Information Systems, Business-to-Business Sales Force Management, Human Resource Management in small and medium sized companies and Management of Health and Safety at work.
